Since 1998, ICP’s internal systems have been ISO certified for quality. One of the requirements to maintain this standard of excellence: an annual quality audit, which is conducted by independent auditors.
In February 2022, our audit lauded two of ICP’s core business processes (Order Processing and Document and Data Control) as representing “Best Practices” within the IT industry
How significant is this finding? Over the past year, the auditor had performed more than 170 quality audits, yet issued only ten Best Practice distinctions. In the case of ICP, we were recognized twice in one audit for this outstanding achievement.
